A Musical Salon for the 21st Century
Our Salastina "home" is an opulent, joyful place of beauty, splendor, and living tradition. By day, we’re world-class performers and studio musicians who’ve played on your favorite films. By night, we’re on a mission to broaden the definition of what classical music was, is, and can be.
Main Series 1: Hidden in Plain Sight
Before Tchaikovsky became the voice of sweeping ballets and symphonies, and before Bartók transformed folk music into a modern language, both composers explored paths less traveled. This program uncovers remarkable early and lesser-known works that reveal familiar musical personalities in surprising ways.

What We Play
Classical, Contemporary, Baroque… if John Cage's infamous 4'33" counts as "Classical Music™," then what doesn't?! When it comes to programming, our guiding principle is simple: we gotta love it, and we gotta wanna share it.
