"Sounds Delicious" is a proprietary Salastina format developed in 2012. It's a contemporary, multi-sensory take on the salon tradition in which we collaborate with a chef to come up with a menu for your ears and taste buds. A piece of music is performed, and a course of food inspired by that music is served. We talk about the connection between the two, and a lovely party ensues!
Salastina teams up with Un-Curry, the first organic Indian catering company in Los Angeles, to present a Sounds Delicious event celebrating the diverse flavors of India's people, cultures, and cuisines.
The menu reflects the variety of travelers who came to India over the ages, each bringing their own music, art, religion, and literature along with them.
This event is BYOW.
